Maid of Honour – Colleen Lebar

The bride met Colleen for the first time while interviewing for the same teaching position at Chinguacousy Secondary school in Brampton. As luck would have it, they both got the job!! They became fast friends as they bonded over being the newbies in the school and worked together for 6 years. When the bride left that school, all was not lost as Amy and Colleen lived just around the corner from each other; they hung out for cheezy tv and wine nights every chance they could get! Colleen has always been there for the ups and downs of life and love, providing sound advice and support every step of the way. When Amy met Bob, Colleen ensured that this guy measured up and upon passing all reviews with flying colours, Colleen has happily agreed to stand up with Bob and Amy as they celebrate their love this spring.

 

Bridesmaid – Mindy Duckett

Mindy is a very close friend of the bride. As shown in this picture, Amy had the honour of standing with Mindy at her wedding last year. Mindy and Amy met in their first year of university at Brock as roommates. Mindy helped to support the bride through all of the trials and tribulations of school life and has continued that support into their adult lives together. In fact, if it wasn’t for Mindy, Bob and the bride would not have met on the September long weekend of 2011. Bridesmaid – Brenda Honig

Brenda is the bride’s sister. Her two children Ryan and Kayla will be participating in the wedding. Ryan is an usher and Kayla is part of the junior bridal team. Brenda has been the trailblazer in the family as she is the eldest of the three sisters. Brenda and Bob have gotten to know each other through family dinners and hanging out at Brenda’s cottage. Good times have been had as she has babysat Bob, Amy and her husband Eric after nights out on the town! She always takes good care of us all and will hopefully not have to reprise her role on the wedding day! Brenda is very excited to see her baby sister get married.

 

Bridesmaid – Jacqui Kelly

Jacqui has become a great friend of the bride in the short time that they have known each other. Jacqui is Bobby’s sister and she was also present the night that Bob and Amy met at the campground. Thankfully the Kelly’s enjoy tradition at Camp Klahanie and never miss a chance to go. I had a really great conversation with Jacqui the night that we all met around the campfire and that trend continues to this day. Jacqui has graciously welcomed me into the Kelly clan and the bride is grateful for all of her sound wedding advice thus far.

 

Bridesmaid – Sharon Li

Sharon is the bride’s sister. Her two children Cara and Morgan will be participating in the wedding as part of the junior bridal team. Sharon has always gracefully stuck with her role as the middle sister. Offering wisdom and sound advice, she has always supported the bride through life’s many adventures. Sharon and Bob have bonded over many visits between our close houses. Sharon is always full of fun and laughter and is honoured to be a part of the wedding festivities.
